The results of the 5th China Government Award for Culture and Arts – Animation Award have been officially announced. Ne Zha 2 has been awarded Best Animated Feature, and Chengdu Kekedou Animation Film & Television Co., Ltd. has been honored as the Best Animation Production Team.
The Animation Award, a category under the China Government Award for Culture and Arts, is the highest national-level government award in China’s animation industry. Held every three years, it represents the industry’s authoritative recognition of outstanding domestic animation.
From refining the story to bringing every frame to life, five years of dedicated effort and the unwavering commitment of countless animators have brought the story of Ne Zha to audiences. This honor belongs to the entire creative team, and it would not have been possible without the steadfast companionship and support of our valued audience.
This recognition is both an affirmation and a profound responsibility. Moving forward, we remain true to our original creative vision, stay rooted in Chinese culture, and continue to craft our stories with heart. We are committed to advancing domestic animation and striving to deliver more works of warmth and strength, honoring the trust and expectations of our audience.
