Founded in 2015, Chengdu Cocoaniworks Co., Ltd. is an innovative digital cultural enterprise specializing in 3D animated film production, while also engaging in IP development, technology R&D , and full-industry-chain layout.

Consistently, we have been committed to presenting excellent traditional Chinese culture through animation, combining animation technology to convey the values and ideas inherent within it. Our work is the cornerstone of everything we do. The early animated short See Through, won over 30 awards at 27 major domestic and international competitions- an important milestone for the team in its early years. Released in 2019, Ne Zha underwent five years of meticulous refinement from script to post-production, ultimately earning widespread acclaim. The film grossed over 5 billion yuan (approximately $716 million), becoming the highest-grossing film in China in 2019 and holding the record for the highest-grossing animated film in a single market worldwide.

The sequel, Ne Zha 2, continues the previous creative approach of its predecessor. To date, its global box office has surpassed 15.9 billion yuan (approximately $2.2 billion), ranking fifth on the all-time global box office chart and first among animated films worldwide, with over 324 million admissions. We are fully aware that these figures and achievements stem from the understanding and support granted by the audience and partners alike.
